Rachelle Moncrieff, RN, DNE, CPT

Rachelle has been a Registered Nurse for over 15 years. She began her nursing career in the Emergency Department, where she cared for patients with multiple acute and chronic conditions, often diabetic related. Working in the ER has given her the opportunity to see the many challenges that people face in managing chronic diseases. These experiences inspired her to transition into diabetes education, where she could focus on prevention, empowerment, knowledge, long-term wellness and overall health, rather than crisis intervention.

As a Diabetic Nurse Educator, she is devoted to helping those individuals that require knowledge, guidance, and specific skills to assist with managing their diabetes successfully and improve overall health and morale. She has been working as a Diabetic Nurse Educator and a Certified Pump Trainer for the last 4 years.
